 Nederlands. The house of Đuro Batinić lies directly on the boulevard outside the village centre. In front of the door is a pier or swimming-stage with a shower. The nearest restaurant is already in 50 meters. A sandy-beach in 100 meters and the other restaurants, terraces and harbour in the reach of 600 meters. Behind the house is a large patio (inside terrace) and the guests can use the common kitchen. |

 Deutsch. After a stroll queer over the island across a pass between two hills you come to the bay Šunj where one can have a beautiful sandy-beach. Here you have the possibility to have a drink or to eat something. The bay is shallow and the water will always be some degrees higher as outside the bay. So it's ideal for kids. A part of the beach is used by nudists and of course you can bath naked on the cliffs as well.. |

From the street you enter the house into a large floor, where there is on the left side a studio-apartment for 3 persons with kitchen and bathroom and on the right side a studio for 2 persons. A childbed for children until 3 years can be placed extra. At the end of the corridor are there some steps up to the patio, which is a bit higher against the hill.

On the first floor are 5 rooms, 4 of them are double bedrooms, the other is a three persons bedroom. To these 5 rooms belong 4 Bathrooms with toiler and shower, situated on the balcony at the patio side of this floor. The balcony has stairs to the patio. In the back of the patio is a kitchen with a grill which can be used by the guests. Also are there a lot of tables and chairs on the patio to use by breakfast or diner. These pictures are made this winter, but will be renewed this summer. Đuro has a house where guests can have a lot of freedom by arranging there own meals and using the kitchens. There is the pier for a swim and there is a higher situated sundeck in the back of the patio. All rooms have air conditioning. |
